Dr. Haggquist is a trained physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with a focus in musculoskeletal and sports medicine. His hands-on approach, including manual manipulation, is a hallmark of osteopathic medical treatment.

Dr. Haggquist completed his residency training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, his osteopathic internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and his medical education at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.

Dr. Haggquist has studied with Aaron Mattes for more than 20 years, is a national specialist in the Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), and conducts educational workshops and seminars on flexibility, strength, and neuromuscular re-education.

Kevin is a staff AIS therapist and certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He integrates training programs with the Mattes Method of Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening emphasizing core strength, soft tissue trigger and tender point therapy, and overall flexibility. Chris is a native of Alexandria, VA attending Bishop Ireton High School. He then attended The University of South Carolina and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Following his undergraduate degree, Chris attended physical therapy school at Touro College in Bay Shore, NY. He was the Valedictorian of his physical therapy class and recipient of Touro College’s Highest Achievement in Clinical Excellence Award.

Chris has a special interest in sports and golf rehabilitation but enjoys treating patients of all ages with different Orthopedic, Musculoskeletal, and Neuromuscular conditions. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 1 practitioner. A graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Phoenix, Andi has Board Certification for massage therapy, National Sports Massage Certification and extensive training in Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Strengthening. A busy mother of three, Andi believes that training and intuition are both key to successful therapeutic massage. She brings a gentle demeanor and a heart centered approach to her profession. Kay was born and raised in Japan and moved to the US to go to college. She graduated from Central Washington University with BA in Biology and California State University Northridge with Master’s in Physical Therapy. She has been interested in Manual Therapy since the beginning of her career and has completed Orthopedic Manual Therapy Residency and Fellowship through Ola Grimsby Institute and she is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist and Fellow of American Academy Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.

She has enjoyed treating various body parts and diagnoses. She also has experience working with young athletes with spinal fracture, cyclists with bike fitting issues as well as hikers with knee, ankle, hip and back issues. Heidi been practicing yoga for more than 25 years at studios in Washington, DC, and Philadelphia. She recently completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification course at Circle Yoga, which covered the fundamentals of yoga history and philosophy, asanas (postures), anatomy, and teacher training skills covering a range of yoga levels, from Beginner to Advanced. A 200-hour certification is the minimum qualification to teach based on the curriculum established through Yoga Alliance. The training was a non-lineage-based program that focused on mindfulness, diversity, and inclusion, core values at Circle. She is eager to get started teaching yoga at QuistMD. When not on the yoga mat, Heidi is working as the Communications Director for a small nonprofit, digging in the garden, or riding her bike.
